When you buy a Nature Heart product as a subscription (Subscribe & Save), you agree to the automatic renewal terms below.

Recurring charges

Your subscription renews automatically. We charge your payment method at every renewal until you cancel.

Billing frequency and amount

You are billed every 30 days at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Cancellation deadline

To stop your next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time in either of these ways:

• Log in to your customer account and manage your subscription there.
• Email support@trynatureheart.com with your full name and order number.

Refunds for subscription orders are handled under our Refund Policy.
