These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trynatureheart.com and every purchase you make from Nature Heart ("Nature Heart," "we," "us," "our"). Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy are part of these Terms. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who can use our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to buy from us. The information you give us when you create an account or order, such as your name, email address and billing, payment and shipping details, must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity in your account.

2. Our products and health information

Nature Heart products are dietary supplements. Everything on our website, including product descriptions, articles, reviews and emails, is general information and not medical advice, and it does not replace a conversation with your doctor. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

Read the label before use, check the ingredients for anything you are allergic to and take the product only as directed. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep supplements out of reach of children.

We work to show our products and packaging accurately, but screens differ and packaging can change. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or ship the order. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example because of stock limits, suspected fraud, suspected resale or an error in price or product information. If we change or cancel your order, we will contact you using the details you gave us and refund anything we charged for items we do not ship. You agree that you are buying for your own personal use and not for resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is shown at checkout, and they can change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Taxes are added where required. Promotions may have their own terms, which apply if they conflict with these Terms. By entering payment details, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method and you authorize us and our payment providers to charge it for your order.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged for each shipment until you cancel. The billing frequency, the price and how to cancel are shown before you check out and are explained in our Subscription Policy. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date in your customer account or by emailing support@trynatureheart.com.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, returns and our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Reviews and other content you send us

If you post a review or send us feedback, photos, ideas or other content, you give us a free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, copy, edit, publish and display it in any media, including in advertising. You confirm that your content is honest and based on your own experience, that it belongs to you, that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights, and that you have told us about any incentive you received for it. We may remove or decline to publish any content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on trynatureheart.com, including our name, logo, text, images, videos, graphics and design, belongs to Nature Heart or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, change, distribute or republish any of it without our written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

Our store runs on Shopify, and we use other providers, such as payment services and apps, to operate it. Your purchases are made with Nature Heart, not with Shopify. Our website may also link to other websites. We do not control third-party services or websites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. You use them at your own risk, and their own terms may apply.

10. What you may not do

You may not use our website to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass or harm others, send spam, give false information, pretend to be someone else, upload malicious code, interfere with the website's security or operation, or collect other people's data. You may not scrape, crawl or copy the website, or resell our products, without our permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

11. Mistakes on our website

Our website may sometimes contain errors in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, delivery times or availability. We may correct them, update information and cancel affected orders at any time, even after you have ordered. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund the amount charged.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the website will always be available, secure or free of errors, or that a product will give you a particular result. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nature Heart and its owners, employees, partners and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or replacement costs, that arise from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase cannot exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nature Heart and its owners, employees, partners and service providers against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or anyone else's rights, or your misuse of the website.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the website at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, the disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, stay in effect afterwards. You remain responsible for any amounts you owe.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. These Terms, together with the policies listed above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website and your purchases. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, but we may transfer ours. Headings are for convenience only.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. If you keep using the website after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
